New winners.
Every single month.
Not one breakthrough ad from three months ago kept on life support. Fresh, performing winners โ consistently, every month โ so we can grow the account instead of depending on it.
The performance bonus exists because when you find new winners, everyone wins. We grow. You earn more. That's the deal โ and it's a deal we genuinely want to honour as generously as possible.
Your salary pays you to do the job. Your performance bonus rewards you for doing it exceptionally well. We hope our best Creative Strategists earn far more from bonuses than from their base salary.

True / False Hypothesis Framework
Every single creative brief must begin with a clear True/False hypothesis. The purpose is to ensure that every ad tests something specific and produces a useful learning. Before launching, we must know what result would make our hypothesis True and what would make it False.
A hypothesis should answer:
A new idea tests a new direction โ a different angle, avatar, desire, problem, or mechanism. The first execution tells us whether the direction is worth pursuing, not whether it will be a winning ad.
If True, iterate heavily on the direction. If False, move on or reconsider how it was executed.
An iteration uses a previous result to test one specific improvement. Do not make random changes โ identify why the previous ad may have worked, change something with intent, and test that belief.
Never name competitors โ Birkenstock, Boston, Arizona, Crocs, Dansko, Sanita, Kidmi, Quince, Kmart, Walmart, Cotton On, or ANY brand/retailer.
Nicknames count too โ "Birks," "Burks," and anything along those lines are also trademarked.
Country-of-origin and founding-year tells are off-limits โ "famous German clog brand" or "250-year-old brand" both identify a specific company.
Amazon is OK to reference (it's a platform, not a competitor). Legal consequences for violations.

Wincing, slicing shoes open, peeling fake suede, plastic snapping, embarrassment scenarios โ all encouraged. The brand is the relief, not the judge โ empathize with past dupe buyers, don't shame them. Only hard rule: no visible competitor logos.
9:16 only (statics included). Content + text inside safe-zones. Music balanced with voiceover. Competitor logos blurred or burnt off. In unlicensed UGC: no faces, no distinctive tattoos.
