Refund policy

At Qomfort Co, we offer a 60-day return policy. This means you have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags and packaging

We also require three clear photos of the item to confirm its condition, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: If a customer acknowledges that they accidentally selected the wrong size during checkout (e.g., choosing EU 36 instead of EU 46), we reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange request.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges between different product categories, such as exchanging clogs for sandals.

If you would like a different size or style, the fastest option is to initiate a return for the original item. Once approved, you can place a new order separately.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For Sock Purchases: All sales are final

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to hygienic reasons. If the sock item is deemed faulty or incorrect prior to being worn/used, we will send you a replacement for the item free of charge. No refunds for socks will be given.

Claims for damaged packaging and goods should be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Upon inspection, photo evidence of all original packaging is required. Any claims made outside of this window may not be eligible for compensation.

Some other items that are non-returnable, include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We offer a one-time option for either an exchange or a refund per order. If you choose to exchange your item, please note that we cannot process a refund if you later decide the replacement isn’t suitable. We recommend considering a refund instead if you’re unsure.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and with original packaging and tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For refunds processed after delivery, the original shipping charge will not be refunded.
